Unknown Suspect Robs Store, Locks Worker In Backroom In Westchester: Still On Loose, Police Say

Authorities are looking for a suspect who robbed a gas station and then locked a worker in a backroom in Westchester.

The incident happened on Thursday, March 16 around 3:45 a.m. at a gas station in Port Chester on lower King Street (Route 120A), according to Port Chester Police. 

Officers said that an unknown man dressed in black with a mask on entered the store around that time and demanded money from the attendant. 

The worker then complied with the suspect's request before they were restrained and locked in a rear area of the store. After this, the suspect ran away on foot, police said. 

The whereabouts and identity of the suspect are still currently unknown and police have not been able to find any images of him. Anyone with information is asked to call Port Chester PD at 914-939-6332.
